how to use disney mix clip inserts

Is there a trick?? We put them into the mp3 player and press play- not working! Is there another step?? We thre out our directions.

Our older dd has te Mix Max and we have never had a problem with it for about 2 years now. This past Christmas we purchased our younger dd the smaller MP3 one and have had nothing but problems with it We have actually returned it twice and on our 3rd one now since Christmas! They seem to take a long time to load up, start the songs, ect. You sould be able to pop in the mix clip and press play and off you go.

Are you possibly trying to put a mix max movie into a mix clip player? Movie into a song one only?

DS has both and we have a mix clip that he'll put in the song player one and it doesn't always play songs from it since we have others loaded. I am yet to figure out how to get it play what he wants when he wants it.
