How to transfer for newbie

Could someone explain how the transfer process works? I'm guessing it is one DVC'er to another...

Besides posting that I have points to transfer on this board --- what next?

Yes - transfer means moving points from one DVC member to another DVC member.

So - I find another DVC'er willing to take my points, arrange a price, get the $$$ and then what?

Call Member Services and ask them to move the points?

Is that correct?
