how to transfer AMEX pts to use somehow at Disney

I've been looking around the boards here this A.M. and I can't find what I'm looking for re AMEX pts. I know AMEX is no longer Disney's official credit card. I have points I want to use, but I can't figure how or where at Disney. Do you have any ideas or can you point me to a thread or website that has "current" suggestions?

one way to do it is to transfer points to the hilton honors program, for instance, which has parkhoppers as awards.

I believe other programs do as well

You can transfer AMEX points to Continental Airlines miles, then transfer those miles to Hilton HHonors. That will give you 2 HHonors points for each AMEX point (as opposed to the 1.3 HHonors points you'd get transferring straight from AMEX to HHonors).

Once they're in HHonors, you can get an Adult 4-day PHP for 65,000 and a Child 4-day PHP for 55,000 (32,500 and 22,500 AMEX points respectively).

You can also go from AMEX to Marriott and redeem at Marriott on this chart. AMEX points covert to Marriott at 1 to 1, so the number of Marriott points needed is the number of AMEX points needed too.

Thanks Beckles! That's great info. I've been trying to figure out a way to convince DH that we can afford another Disney trip in November. We have enough amex points to get 2 adult & 1 child 4 day passes, if we transfer them thru Continental. it's also a good way to use up our stray Continental miles since we're driving for our next few vacations.
