How to train your mouseketeer

Yay! You're getting so close! And having the plane tickets just makes it seem more real! We've never brought car seats on the plane...I'm no sure what others do, but we've always just sat in the seat.

Hope you are ok after the earthquake!

We never brought a carseat for DS on the plane. He's pretty much been ok sandwiched between us!

Our flight leaves at 7am for M/co as well. Maybe I'll see you at MCO! Our flight is probably a bit longer though. My mom is taking older DS on ME. DH, younger DS and I are getting a rental car.

:scared1: Is everyone okay?!?

Everyone that I know is fine, maybe a little shook up though. We don't have earth quakes in maryland so this was a first for me. I thought someone was shaking my chair, but no one was behind me. So I stood up, and the entire building rocked back and forth. It was CRAZY!!!!

Everyone is perfectly fine! It was definitely an experience though!

I don't think I'm bringing my carseat. He sat in his own seat on the flight down last year, and was fine. It seems like an extra handful that isnt necessary. Thanks for your input.:goodvibes

My flight gets in at 9:10 am, I'll keep an eye out for you!

First an earthquake, now Irene?! As long as all of this nonsense passes before it's time for my Disney trip, I'm a happy camper. I'm actually supposed to fly to Chicago for work on Sunday morning, RIGHT when Irene is scheduled to hit Baltimore. Should be an interesting morning!!!

33 MORE DAYS!!! :cool1::cool1::cool1:

I'm happy to say that Hurricane Irene came and went, leaving no harm done to my house or anyone in my family. However, the power being off has been a huge hastle, and quite frankly, I am over it. Our power went out at about midnight on Saturday, and I was lucky to be restored by around 1pm Sunday afternoon. Suddenly, at 8:30 pm last night, we lost power yet again.

Our electric company has been on the radio saying to expect outages for the next couple of months due to this hurricane. Although the storm itself has passed, the ground is still saturated and trees are still coming down. I called our electric company this morning for a status update and was told we may not have power back on until FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!:scared1:

It's TUESDAY!!!! :scared1:

And the season finale of Pretty Little Liars is on tonight, and I REFUSE to miss this episode. So BGE better get to work.

On a happy note, we leave for our trip in 29 days!!! Some days, I feel like out countdown is flying, while other days I feel like time itself has slowed dramatically. I never made it to Chicago because of the hurricane, so I think that made the past couple of days go by much slower. But the good thing is, the wedding I am in is right around the corner, and I expect it to start taking up a lot of my free time.

And when the wedding is over, we will only be a couple of weeks away from our trip. 14 days is nothing, so as long as I can make it to that darn wedding, I should be good.

Conner still hasn't really grown, at least not enough for Splash. But hey! There is always the Kali River Rapids! Oh, I so cann't wait for this trip. Come on September 28th!!!

Ok, my countdown is flying by once again, and I LOVE IT!! I work all week of course, and each night when I get off, there is wedding agenda. It's kind of a pain because its more and more money, but I like that its keeping me busy. I start my last semester next Monday, then the Monday after that I can check in online at POP. Actually, I can check in that Sunday, but my home computer is broken:( But I just realized, I can technically check into POP in LESS than 2 weeks. How awesome!?!? I got an email from airtran today reminding me that my trip is right around the corner. YES!

22 day dance!!!
