How to trade in ticket for PAP?

Someone mentioned on another thread that you could trade in your regular passes for PAP ones and pay the difference. Anyone ever done this? If so, what do you need to bring with you (receipts, etc)? What price trade in do they give you?

Just take the ticket to Guest Services at either park and they will credit what was paid for the ticket to the price of the annual pass.
