How to surprise the kids as we drive into the park?

We are FL residents and we are going to surprise the kids. They know we are going to stay with family in orlando but that morning when they think we are heading home, we will actually head to MK.

Its about an hour and a half drive from the house to the park. Should we drop hints along the way? Ride in silence until we go through the arches? We have a 7 year old, 4 year old and 2 year old. The 4 year old would struggle with hints/clues.

Also, my son (the 4 year old) has said he just wants to go back to disney so he can get a new bracelet (aka a Magic Band).

Unfortunately we are not getting bands this trip because we will be activating our ANNUAL PASSES! So we plan to tell him that since they dont have bands available for us on this trip, they will mail them to our house and let us come back again.

We received new MBs with our APs but if I didn't I'd have fun with various arts and crafts to update them. You'll find lots of ideas via Google.

On our first trip, we didn't drop hints. We let our daughter see the entrance as we entered WDW, and I got the look on her face on camera. It's still one of my favorite pictures.
