How to sign up Moonlight Magic ??

So I have been to moonlight magic before but that was when you still just got the email and called member services .
So Easy Peasy and always got in with a pre existing reservation .
But there haven't been any events that lined up with my visits since then -
I always hear that it is very difficult now -
So I will be in the world from Feb 20th - march 10th
The AK sign up is the 20th at 9 am - and the MK sign up isnt until Jan 8th
So Guys Please ..How do I do this -What is the best way to achieve success ??
Where is the link for the sign up ?
How have you had success ?
I have no clue about any of it and have to have my game plan for Wednesday .
Also I am central standard time
Any and all help will be so much appreciated !!

You may still get an registration reminder email sometime tomorrow since you are staying onsite during the DAK Events. The email will contain a link to the registration system.

Thanks Michael ,I was just about to Edit My post to say I read your post about that In the other thread -
I copied it and put a link on the desktop - so will the info registration box turn into a link on Wednesday ?
Do you need to log on super early or just by 9 am ? I haven't ever done a virtual queue

Sometime prior to 9 am, they will but a button on event details page that will take you to the registration site.

If you click the link prior to 9 am, they will assign you a random number when the actual queue opens at 9. So, no need to click the link super early.

So your place in the queue is randomly assigned vs first come first serve? Is there an optimal time to click the link?

I totally missed "Random" and no one is answering as of yet ....hmm

It is random. Everyone in the “waiting room” prior to the live time will be assigned a place “in line” randomly. Anyone that logs on after the live time gets placed in line behind the group that was on before live time and is placed in a first come order.

So in theory you only need to be in the “waiting room” a couple minutes beforehand as any earlier has no advantage. But I signed in previously like 15 minutes before in case I had issues logging in.

Does anyone know if you have to be signed into your account to do this? I’m going in through the email and it takes me to the link and waiting room but it didn’t make me sign in. I’m sitting in a van after just getting off the Magic so I’m relying on LTE. Will this kick us out since I didn’t sign in on the DVC website?

Also when do we enter our member number? Before getting assigned to the que or after? Thanks. Good luck everyone!!

No. It will ask for your DVC Membership ID Number when you start the actual reservation process.

I clicked the link in the email around 8 am. I was assigned 2083 at 9 am. 1400 still in front of me.
