The Port Arrival Time page is page 5 in the process. You must complete all required information (either with the correct info, default answers, gibberish) on the previous pages for the PAT page to unlock.

The Port Arrival Time page is page 5 in the process. You must complete all required information (either with the correct info, default answers, gibberish) on the previous pages for the PAT page to unlock.

And don't worry. After selecting your PAT you can return to all the previous pages and fill them out correctly at your own pace. Only after completing all pages you will print your paperwork and even then you can go back, adjust and reprint.
