How to see how many days are left with Magic Band

Background...we are pretty seasoned DW visitors, but have only been once since magic bands have started. We, family of 5, have non expiring park hoppers, all with different number of days remaining. I put all of the tickets on our magic bands for our trip last April. We only used 1 day so we should have many days left on the tickets.

Issue....my husband surprised us with a last minute trip, staying on property next week.
On MDE all of our names show up, except my youngest child's. I can't see the number of remaining days on any of the tickets from the MDE site. According to my notes, my youngest should have one day left.

Additional issue, I need the ticket ASAP so I can add fast passes for my youngest

? #1. How do I see how many days are remaining on our non expiring tickets, using the MDE SITE? I have looked and clicked and looked and clicked.

? # 2. I want to buy a 10 day non expiring park hopper from Un Tourist for my son because that is what we always do. With The magic bands, will Un Tourist send me the ticket # so I can add it to our MDE? Or, will they ship it so I will have it by 12/30?

I just looked, and the quickest shipping they have will get it there on the 31st. And that's $16 more dollars.

Since time is running short, you might just consider buying directly from Disney this time; if you're in your MDE account when you buy it, it should just be in your account after purchase. Assign the ticket to the correct person and you'll be ready.

You might want to talk to the tech support people. To do that I called the main number, explained my problem, and they sent me right over to the correct people. In my case it was "too many" sons (I only have the one) and in your case it's too few kids, but it seems like they could help with that if the child used to be on your account.
