how to request points to rent?

I need to rent some points and tried to place a "points needed" post on rent/trade board. Is there any way to do that?

Try David's if you want to rent at market price.

he is wanting 16 dollars a point for 11 mos out. That seem a little high to me.

You can't put out a request for points on the rental board here. You just have to go through the threads of people offering their points and reply to them.
David's is more expensive, but also more secure. I used him before I knew more about DVC and recommend him to others because he does the leg work of verifying and then will refund your money if you get there and there is no valid reservation.
But for the savings now that I know more I would rent through the boards. It is more time consuming, but if someone has the points you need it can work great.

You can simp,y post a reply in any thread where someone is offering points to bee booked into a reservation.

Just a reminder that we do not allow any reference to dates or resorts in any other threads but our Rent/Trade.
