How to Request a Room?

I just made reservations for the 4 night resort / 3 night cruise, in June of 2004. We will be staying at Poly. I have seen many posts about requesting a room or longhouse. How do I request a specific room and any suggestions. I will be with my wife, 18 year old daughter and 6 year old daughter. Thanks in advance.

First have CRO note your request on your reservation. They will tell you it is not guaranteed. Then about 3-4 days prior to your arrival fax the resort your request. The RA will do their best, but depending on occupancy there is a small chance that you wont get what you want.

We do the same things as the above but we also try to not ask for too much or anything too specific. For the Poly we do request a certain longhouse.
