How to request a loop?

This is our 1st time staying at FW . I booked our trip through AAA. I emailed our agent that I might want to request some certain loops (a while ago) without any response . Should I email him again or just call FW myself.

It is my understanding that akk reservations booked through a travel agent are controlled by that agent, and as such Disney will not deal with you directly to modify or cancel the reservation.

I would call AAA and insist that they add the request to your reservation.

When I checked in last week- I asked which loop we were in. I was told 2802 cabin. I asked if I could move to either 2300 or 2500- I was moved to 2300. Just ask at check in.
