How to price a DVC Resale

A set of very interesting ROFR threads have popped up in the last few days. Disney is exercising their option to buy resale contracts more now than in the recent past. This suggests that they think that prices are going up and will stay up. To those in this thread who have asked whether they should buy now or wait for prices to come down, it is fair to say that Disney has shown its hand on which way prices are going to go. Also, DVC is a lot of fun. So if you don't have to wait, buy now.

I voted the prices are to low especially with DISNEY'S new change in add on contracts and their price increase from 84 to 89 dollars per point. They are excersising ROFR now on some lower cost contracts our BWV one included at 73.25/point. So if the prices increase by the sellers there will be less chance of Disney excersising ROFR.
