How to post a photo

Please could someone point me in the direction of instructions for posting an actual photo and not just a link to a photo.

you have to put them on someplace like photobucket first then you copy the code for forums...on photobucket it's the last one under the downloaded photo, on flicker i forget which one it is but it should say. then just open a reply to thread page on here and paste the code in..the code should start and end with IMG in brackets ie
