How to PM?

I am sure this has been asked a million times, but how do I initiate a PM? I know you have to post 10 times. I have replied to people's posts and posted some of my own, and all of that is more than 10 times, but is that what is counted? Sorry I am confused about this.

You need to use the Conversations option when you click on your username in the upper right corner. You should be able to PM now because you have more than 10 posts.
