How to Order Cake for DH 40th??

Looking for info on how to order cake/special dessert for DH 40th...we'll be dining in Chef Mickey's that night...I'm wondering how far ahead to order, cost, choices? We're staying offsite, if that matters...thanks!!

There used to be a cake thread in the dining thread. I ordered dd a cake at the Whispering Canyon I can't remember how far in advanced but it could have been about a month. It cost me about 20-25 dollars.
