How to open sky auction e-mail?

I've won a 2 week resort and they have e-mailed my info in attachments but I can't open it. Used them before and never had a problem until last time I won. They hade to Fed EX my paperwork. Now I'm having the same problem. I've seen the problem addressed on the boards but did a search and can't find it. Can anybody help me?

You need QuickTime to open the attachment. That's how I got mine to work. I downloaded it off Disney's website.

Thanks for the help. I installed Quicktime and I still cannot open my attachments. I guess I'll ask for them to send it snail mail. Thanks again.
