How to make Dolphin Room Requests?

Should we fax, don't have access to one, email, call or isn't there a place on the Swan/Dolphin website? Thanks for the help!!!!

You can fax from lots of places....like a Pakmail or something like that - just call around to grocery stores, especially like Mailbox Etc. and such to send a fax...usually $1.00 a page.....remember I said that Room 8029 at Dolphin faces Epcot ball and has a great view of the Illuminations at night....it is a balcony room - which I think you told us you were getting.

I'd fax AND call and ask if they could put the note in your reservation...of course they'll say that they can't promise you anything - but it never hurts to ask for anything at the Dolphin. Fax and call a few days in advance....if you want to keep that balcony room (which I sure would) make sure you note in your ressie that you don't want upgraded out of your balcony room - because that's what they almost did to me...I called the day before my flight down and had been upgraded to club level....but I WANTED my balcony and told him my dh and I were having some prevacation marital spats and just wanted everything to be perfect and begged...hey, it's not beneath me....and I got my balcony room 8029 (WOW. was the word out of my mouth when we saw the view out on our balcony...and every morning of our 11 days there....and every night while our daughter oohed and ahhed at the fireworks) oh, AND we got Club level privs and free food up there which was so convenient.....I believe you've done your homework and are Starwood GOLD so I hope they put you where you ask....I WISH I was going down there. I just loved our last trip in March 2003. It was perhaps our most peaceful perfect family vacation ever....good weather, great pool, wonderful view from our room.....and Disney magic. It was great. Have a wonderful time...don't be shy about calling...and sending down a fax. They were measuring the room when we were checking out in March so I wonder if that room has finished being renovated....if so, it will be our favorite hotel room anywhere we've been - San Fran, New York, ANYWHERE. The Dolphin isn't the pompous feelingist hotel - but we loved loved loved it. The entry so grand, the VIEW!, the slide at the POOL!!!!! I love the Dolphin!
