How to make ADR to watch them cook?

Hi everyone. I just booked our second trip to Disney for October. I really want to get a table that allows me to watch the chefs cook, but how do you do this? Do I have to call in an ADR or can I book online and request it at check in? Thanks!

There are only a few places where you can watch the chefs cook. One is Teppan Edo. It is a Japanese restaurant. Everyone is seated around a table for eight people with the grill in the middle--so you will be seated with other people if you have fewer than 8 in your group. The chef prepares the food in front of you and does a few tricks with the food. It is a fun meal and the food is very good.

The other is Victoria & Alberts which is a signature restaurant.

There may be some others, but I do not know of any. Have a wonderful trip.

Teppan Edo is a hibachi style restaurant, like Benihana where the chef cooks in front of you. It's quite popular so I would recommend getting a reservation.

Much more expensive is the Chef's Table at Victoria and Albert although it usually books up as soon as it becomes available. I think there's also a Chef's Table at Flying Fish.

I know that Jikos and Citricos you can see them cook I just don't know how you get to sit there.
Went to Teppen Edo last year so I'm going to try something else.

You'll have to call Disney Dining at 407-939-3463 (WDW-DINE) to make reservations for Chef's Table at V&A and Chef's Domain at Citricos.

You can also look at the online dining reservation page. On the left side there are some options: first choose "Dining Experiences," then choose "Fine/Signature Dining" and you can see if anything else interests you. Here's a link to the online dining reservation page:
