i close escrow around the end of sep.

how can i make a ressie in january in order to use my 2003 pts & 2004 pts that came with it (resale)?

any suggestions or help?

A few days after your closing, try calling DVC to find out if you are in their computer system yet. It may take a week or so, but one day they will magically be able to find all of the details of your contract including banked and current year point balances.

As soon as you are in the computer, you can make a reservation.

Mine took about 5 business days after closing before my points were in the system. Good luck.
