I'm off to the photographers studio at the weekend to discuss my How To Look Good naked style portrait. Has anyone else done the same?
I'm in a mood at the mo where I feel that my body will probably never actually look better (even though I don't like it much) but I feel in ten years time I may look back and think i didn't look so bad after all. I didn't appreciate what I had when I could comfortably fit into a size ten and at the mo I may never see a fourteen again so I just thought 'what the heck?'

Good for you!

Are you going to post a copy on here? ;)

i'll send you one on email Jen if you really want to see it, will let you knowwhen the actual appointment is after saturday

I think its a great idea to get a photo done, you have a lovely figure so you should feel pleased with it. :goodvibes

Well Carol you're braver than me and I reckon you've got a good outlook on Life.

Life it not a rehearsal so go for it . Good for you. :thumbsup2

What a great idea. Have just lost a load of post-baby weight and feeling better about body shape- with clothes on. Not sure how I'd feel naked! perhaps a naked back and shoulder shot? As this is my last year of being a 30something, rather than only thinking about getting an up-to-date family portrait with the new baby, I should think about your idea.

You've definitely given me food for thought. :thumbsup2

I think you really should go for it, you probably have a million nice family pics so one of you in your post baby womanly glow will be a great souvenir of how you feel at the mo.
My pic will be naked but I won't actuaaly be showing anything I don't want to, less is more, as they say.

Sounds great did you see the show tonight? Her photo was very tasteful!

Well good for you Carol, you're a braver gal than me - I know I couldn't personally inflict a photo of me naked to the world :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

exactly the type of thing I'm going for Jo :goodvibes

Woo hoo, you go for it girlfriend!!! Your a braver girl than me hon, but hey why not, I bet it will be very tasteful:goodvibes :goodvibes

s'okay libby - I've asked her to use one of those fish eye ones :lmao: thanks for your support guys! I need to release my inner Jessica sooner or later!

Go for it, Carol! :thumbsup2 I had one done a few years ago and it really changed how I felt about myself. Basically, I'd put on a lot of weight due to a year of inactivity following a severe back injury - DH had been an absolute rock but was very worried about me as my self-esteem was non-existent and I looked/felt awful.

So, I decided to make the effort and repay him with a great photo. I had the best time - had a hair/make-up makeover first and then the photographer talked me thro' my options. In the final pose, I'm lying on my front, ****ies obscured as I'm leaning on my elbows with my legs crossed and feet (in killer Manolos - a gift from DH) up at the back. My hand is underneath my chin and I'm giving a smouldering half-smile. My DH cried when I gave it to him...

Go for it Carol

I think it's a wonderful idea - that woman last night looked stunning with the silk sheet draped artistically around her.

I would love to have this done myself

Go on indulge yourself
