How to link other families kids in MDE?

I'm organizing a trip for 3 families, each with kids. They're wanting me to manage as much as possible regarding reservations, etc.

I can connect to the other adults via MDE and make reservations that include all of us. But how do I add their kids? I can't connect to their MDE as they don't have an email for me to enter to connect their account. Do I just type in their name on the reservations and it doesn't actually attach to their account?

You need to connect to them via their parents. Unfortunately I can't remember the details - I think you send an invitation to the parent in some way, and they click to allow you to "see" and share/make plans for their child.

If I can find more instructions I'll come back - hopefully someone who did this recently will come sooner!

ETA - on your MDE F&F list, at the bottom is a link to Add a Guest. Click that, and it gives you options including Find Through My Connected Guests. Click that, then I think it will give you an option of connecting to anyone who's on your friends' F&F lists. Or if they have Disney resort reservations and their kids are listed on those reservations, you can click Import from a Walt Disney World Resort reservation. In either case, you'll end up asking the parent to let you add the child to your F&F list.
