I would advise arming yourself and rotating guards at night to protect yourself and your food. My Wife took care of those noisy, pesky critters last visit. They won't steal our Beer any longer.

The only critters I witnessed around the campgrounds was squirrels. Just do like I did and keep your nuts in a safe place.
I left my ultra large garbage sack holder out for several nights with food scraps and such out and nothing bothered it. It was stupid to take that chance but I was wondering about the wild life there. Only wild life I found was under the age of ten and awaken me each morning at daylight.
