How to keep food from critters

How about ordering an Owner's Locker? That would be the perfect solution!! They're one of our DIS sponsors: www.ownerslocker.com

That Rhonda - what an opportunistic moderator she is, shamelessly plugging a sponsor like that. Rhonda, you should get a raise.

Nutria can get into almost anything, and so you can do nothing to protect your food or yourself from them. I would advise arming yourself and rotating guards at night to protect yourself and your food. Find ntsammy5 when you are down there and he will show you how to set up your perimeter security with trip wires, illumination flares and claymores. Keep a special eye on the hot water connection and the beer tap at your site.

you can take the man out of the soldier, but not the soldier out of the man.

My Wife took care of those noisy, pesky critters last visit. They won't steal our Beer any longer.

don't tell the mrs., but it was I that was stealing the beer:cool1:

The only critters I witnessed around the campgrounds was squirrels. Just do like I did and keep your nuts in a safe place.:rolleyes1
I left my ultra large garbage sack holder out for several nights with food scraps and such out and nothing bothered it. It was stupid to take that chance but I was wondering about the wild life there. Only wild life I found was under the age of ten and awaken me each morning at daylight.:scared1:

if your worried about squirrels,:rolleyes1 never leave a bag of unopened peanuts on the picnik table - none of them fall out when the squirrel drags the bag away -
