How to have mouse ears delivered to room!

I'd love to have Mouse ears (possibly embroidered) delivered to our room for dd....any suggestions?

Not sure of how to arrange it before your arrival but you could always purchase the ears and have them sent back to the room afterwards (doing this after you arrive of course). You can have anything purchased in the shops sent back to your room free of charge.

Ahead of time and there waiting for her? I have no idea unless you do it and then ship it to the resort a few days before you arrive.

While we were at MGM, I let ds pick out a hat...he wanted the Sorcerer hat...and they have a place that does the embroidering for a few bucks. You can have stitching done at MK on Mickey ears hat for free, but I think the embroidering looks so much nicer. Oh, and the embroidering at MGM has to be done on a new hat and they did ask to see my receipt from the store we had just bought it from...the store was just across the street, so it's not like we went all over the park to get this done. We also had one done for our nephew and both hats were delivered to the resort the next day...if we had two hours more hours to spend in the park we could have had the hats that day, but we were on our way out when we decided to do this.

Places to buy hats and the palce to get them embroidered are right there On Hollywood BLVD when you walk in. It's "Celebrity 5&10" where you get embroidering done.

This is our first trip, so we have no idea where anything is at. We just want to get the ears first thing so we can wear them around the park.

Just call the front desk (or concierge) of the hotel you're staying at and give them your credit card number. We stayed at the GF in December and I called them a few weeks before and gave them the names and ages of the kids (they come in different sizes, so ages are important).

They took my credit card number and all the hats were arranged, name side up, on the coffee table in our suite when we checked in.

Also, bride ears were available in the Mickey Mercantile store in the GF lobby.

PS--Be warned that if you purchase something in the parks and want it sent to your hotel...it takes at least 24 to 48 hours to arrive at your hotel.

They have a great website. I also bought the youth Mickey ears for all my Jr. Bridesmaids as part of their wedding party gifts. We are going to have the Jr. BM's wear their ears for some of the wedding photos along with myself and FI wearing our ears.

I'm still debating if I'll get ears for the remainder of the wedding party and I still have a little time. It would definitely be fun to have everyone wear their Mickey Ears at the reception.

Call me skeptical though, but I never feel comfortable giving my credit card # over the internet unless it's with some big company (i.e. Disney...) Is it just me? Is it acutally safe to do that? Also...for the poster that just ordered their ears from the laughingplace website....have you got them yet? Were you pleased?

Also...how expensive were the ears inside the parks? I would love to have the ears before hand, I too think it would be cute to have some wedding pictures in the ears. How soon will they be here if you order them from the website? One more....how come you can't order the ears from the Disney Store site?

Unless you are staying concierge most resorts will not have packages sent directly to the room. They will usually have parcels waiting for pick up at the front desk or gift shop.

I think the easiest and most direct way is to call your resort and have them order them (a week or so prior to your visit) and then they'll be waiting for you in your room.

I think they were $5 for the toddlers sizes (they had a chin strap to keep the hat on), and $7.50 for the older kids sizes (which came with 2 bobby pins). Embroidery was free. This is the same price they charge in the parks--and no, you can't buy them anywhere outside of WDW, not even Disney Stores, for some odd reason.

Giving your credit card number over the phone to your resort is totally safe. I have done it tons of times.

I've purchased a number of things through the Laughing Place Store and have had excellent results. The merchandise is a few dollars more than buying in the park, plus shipping. They do offer express service, but their typical turn around time has been about 10 days.

Have you tried call WDW Merchandising? Here is their number 407-363-6200. They may be able to do the purchasing and have it delivered to the gift shop at your resort. I've had park purchases done for me through Concierge, I don't know if the front desk offers that service.

The Bride and Groom Ears hats are $10 each at World Of Disney and in the parks.

They also have a big variety on Ebay. They have the ones that they will embroider, 2 types of bride ears, and grrom ears. Then just mail them and pick it up when you check in.
