How to handle ticket changes before checking in

We have a situation that is complicated to explain, but seems like it should be easy to handle. I'm trying to figure out, though, if there's anything I need to have/do in order to deal with our tickets. Here is the situation:

- We will be visiting for several days, and have our Magic Bands in hand and our tickets are linked, etc. We do NOT have the Water Parks and more option on our tickets.
- Our first place we are visiting, even before checking in at our hotel, is Blizzard Beach. Later in the trip we will go to Disney Quest.
- My older daughter, my wife, and I each have 2 days of water parks and more tickets remaining on old non-expiring tickets. My older daughter got hers as a child, now she is considered an adult.
- My younger daughter does not have any such tickets.
- The plan is to upgrade just my younger daughter's ticket to add Water Parks and More.
- If necessary, we will also pay whatever we need to to update my older daughter's ticket to an adult one and allow her to use her old Water Park ticket.

So, now the questions:
- When we get to Blizzard Beach, what do we need to bring with us? I'm sure we'll need the youngest daughter's magic band, as well as the old non-expiring tickets, but do we need anything else (e.g. my other daughter's magic band, or the adult magic bands, or ID cards, or anything else)?
- Can we charge the upgrade cost to our room account, or will we need a separate credit card? Again, we will not have even checked into the hotel yet. I'm guessing we will need a parent's magic band to do the charging, if that is allowed.
- Will my older daughter have to pay some upgrade charge since she is now an adult? If so, any idea how much that is?

Thanks!

1- MagicBands and older tickets.
I would never go anywhere at WDW as an adult (18 yrs. & older) without a legal photo ID.
2- Bring a credit card.
3- No. It is a free upgrade from "child" to "adult."
