I see you are in NY. I would go to an attorney. In NY, you can sue a school for negligent supervision if they have notice that there is a problem, they fail to resolve it, and the student is injured b/c of the problem - even if it is at the hands of another student. I would continue to advise the school of these incidents - name names of the students, and would also do it in writing - so if anything happens to your son, you have recourse.
