How to handle burnout?

Go get a massage, then monitor the phone and only answer when you HAVE to. You need 1 day of nothing but quiet. You aren't doing anyone any good if your not well.
 
Your posts made my heart so sad - I will pray that you find whatever it may be to rejuvinate your spirit. Maybe it is relaxation, as some have said; for me, doing some sort of exercise that really gets my heart rate up and some good endorphins (sp?) going always is a destresser for me - sweating it out, ya' know? Anyway, please keep posting and let us know how you are.
