How to get to WDW from Tampa

I will be in Tampa for 2 weeks on business and thought I would pop over and run around the parks for 2 1/2 days over the weekend. I won't be renting a car for the 2 weeks,(my boss is renting a car for us on the company). Is there some sort of bus or shuttle service from Tampa to the most Wonderful Place on Earth? Or would my renting a car for the weekend be the best? A friend will be there over the weekend so I can stay with her in her room and a was a little worried about parking the car. I just need to GET there.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

There are a number of shuttle services that run between Tampa and Orlando. They are private services- kind of like limos but some with regular, set routes. The web site for Orlando airport has a list- under ground transportation I believe -and many have the prices listed right there. The site for the Tampa airport has a similar list but its not quite as extensive. Most offer discounts for round trip service. My memory was that it ran about 25 each way- but that was several years ago. There is also public bus service between the cities but my memory is that it is not particularly convenient to where you want to go.
