How to get to US and IOA

What are the options of getting to US and IOA, or even Sea World? We are going for 2 weeks and really did not want to rent a car. Is this the only option without paying an arm and a leg?

I understand that Mears charges $13 dollars per person on a prescheduled trip to Universal. I would imagine you could arrange to be picked up at your hotel. I've also read on the boards about people renting a car for one day.
