How to get to Kouzzina from Grand Floridian?

I'm thinking about making a breakfast reservation at Kouzzina. I'd be staying at the Grand Floridian. What is the easiest way to get to Kouzzina from the GF and how long would it take? And what do you know about the boat transportation from the BoardWalk to DHS?

When we had dinner at Kouzzina, we took the bus to Epcot (pretty early), just strolled through and went to the Boardwalk. For breakfast, that might be a little harder since it's early. Maybe just a taxi to save time?

Boat to DHS is nice but can be super hot in the summer and may have to wait a while for the boat to come.

^^^This is how I would go.

The boat from BWI to DHS will go first to YC and then Swan/Dolphin before heading over to DHS. It's about a 15 minute walk vs a 20 minute boat ride (not counting that time you might have to wait for the boat). We prefer to walk.
