How to get picture to show up in signature?

Every time I plan a new vacation I forget how to alter my countdown signature, I even have the Distickets page notebooked. I picked out everything, but when I cut and paste, all I get is the link, no picture. I need help please.

1. remove "[/img]" from the end of your pasted link.
2. insert image, then paste by URL.

[/img] is a stop code, which means that there should have been a start code preceding the "http" which you may have intentionally omitted. That makes the link not work.

Thanks for the help, but I don't remember how and where to insert image.
This would be a great Youtube video for people who are not computer savvy. And I have done this a few times before. Ugg!
