How to get into Trader sams

Hey All!

We are taking a quick trip to Disney in 2 weeks ! We would really LOVE to try trader sams while we are there. We are staying at the poly but we only have one day kinda free to try to get in. Anyone know the best time to try? We were thinking about going there before it opens like 3 or 330. What are our chances of getting in? It'll be on a monday so I am hoping that will help! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

We went on Sunday, April 12 and went to the line at 3:40 pm - we were about 20th in line and got in, no problem. I would go at about 3:30 pm. The line forms along the pathway, next to the marina, right in front of the Tonga longhouse.

Maybe we were just lucky, but we went on a Sunday night around 9:30 p.m. We got right in. No waiting at all. We sat at the bar. There were still a few empty seats there after we got there. This was Sunday April 26th. It was a lot of fun.

We did this May 3rd and 4th. We did get there earlier, around 3:15pm. Mainly b/c it is open seating and we wanted to have our pick of seats.

I'm really looking forward to experiencing TS's when we are there in July. Looks like a lot of fun. I've heard that the wait times have died down significantly since the grand opening.

Excellent! Thank you all! I'm going to get there between 3-330 and hope for the best! If we can't get in its not the end of the world since we will be back to the poly in November but I've been dying to try it since I saw all of the cools videos !

What did you guys end up getting?

We got in on a Friday night. We checked in about a half hour before Wishes started. They told us it would be 45 minutes or an hour, but our buzzer went off as soon as Wishes started. I think the place clears out when people leave to see the fireworks. We were actually on the beach when our buzzer went off, and even though it took a few minutes to get back up to the bar, they let us right in. Have fun!

We probably go about 3 or 4 times a year. By 2015's end it will have been 3 times, plus once to Disneyland.

hippopotoMai-Tai
krakatoa punch
shunken zombie head
rum flight

favorite is the hippopotoMai-Tai
The nautilus was fun to order and wanted the glass, but no need to ever have it again
