HOW TO GET get the system to take the 90 + 10!!!

anybody else having trouble booking past 5/25? Our check in date is 5/19, according to the 90 day calculators we should be able to book dining starting today, and 90 + 10 should let us do 5/19-5/28 booking. But reservation CM couldn't get the system to take past 5/25!!!! He couldn't figure it out either, and agreed that So irritating...was trying to book husband's Birthday dinner on the 27th and it wouldn't go. So annoying.

Just wondered if anyone else has had any luck booking past 5/25?

so I went to PP's thread to see what another person had posted about the system change for after 5/25 - they had posted that they had to get transferred & spend some time on hold, etc. to get to the CMs who can handle reservations past 5/25. So I called back, and this time, after all the usual up-front question (have you visited more than 5 times, blah, blah) there was a new one on there -- "Listen carefully because this information changes daily. If you want reservations for May 26 up to and including May 29, please press 1. For all other dates, stay on the line."

So I pressed 1, and got a CM who is on the new system. Couple of things that are different...first, the reservation numbers are 12!!! digits long instead of 8 digits. Second, for the 90 + 10 type of reservation, they actually require the resort confirmation number. I was able to book 5/26, 5/27 and 5/28 (what I needed.)

It's not me, but it's someone on my PTR that is making ADRs past 5/25. Ahe talks about having to be transfered to the CMs that are handling the ADRs past that date, like they are a separate group. If I remember right, she said there is a new system and that date is the date that the new system (I think computer system) starts. So if you make ADRs past that date, you have to be transfered to the people that are working on the new system. She has described it as being quite a pain, taking a while, and being on hold a bit.
