How to get from resort to resort?

Do you have to transfer buses to get from AoA to Poly? Making ADR soon for a breakfast and need to know how early to make it to allow for transportation.

Will also be making ADR for Hoop Dee Do, so does anyone know the travel time to allow from AoA to Ft W? Thanks!

For AoA to Poly, you'd have to bus to MK, then take either the boat or monorail to Poly.

A cab would save you a fair bit of time in this case.

You're not kidding, supersnoop! That site tells users to take a bus from AoA to Blizzard Beach, then transfer to a bus to Fort Wilderness!!!!

Absolutely not. Bus to MK, boat to FW. Voila, you're steps from Hoop-De-Doo. To return from the early show, simply reverse directions. If attending either of the two later shows, there will be shared buses waiting to take you back to your resort.

Just for fun, I looked up Boardwalk Villas to Boardwalk Inn. Now, there is the note about them using the same transportation locations - but then OLP provides three different options using Disney Transportation:

Starting from Disney's BoardWalk Villas:
Note: Boardwalk Villas uses the same bus stop and boat dock as the Boardwalk Inn.
Boat to Disney's Beach Club Resort
Transfer to Boat to Disney's BoardWalk Inn
Estimated Time: 30 minutes

Disney recommends you allow 90 minutes to make it to your ADRs using their transportation. Going from AoA to the Poly you can bus to the Magic Kingdom, and then boat or monorail to the Poly.

Or you can save an hour of time and use a cab. For around $20 you save an hour of time, and have a direct ride. No muss, no fuss.

Thank you all so much! Now, how do I get a cab to get me from resort to resort? Call the cab company directly? Can I call the night before and reserve one for the next morning?

If there isn't at least one cab waiting in the parking lot, Luggage Assistance or a front desk CM can get one for you.
