How to get from Baggage Claim b to a

My mother and grandfather are flying separate airlines. Mom has baggage claim on side A and DGF on side B. We wanted to pick them both up at baggage claim B area. Will my mom be able to get to side A easily?

She has to come up to the main terminal level on her side and then go down to baggage claim on the other side.
