How to get Disney Visa Rewards onto a Rewards Card???

We've had the Disney Visa since Day 1, yet I can never remember how to go about getting the rewards put onto our rewards card, since I do it so infrequently. I know that last year we ended up doing it at Downtown Disney, but if I can do it before our upcoming trip, that would be better. Can anyone refresh my memory? I have a rewards card that expires December 2006.

I'm pretty sure you can just do it online when you log into your account or you could probably call the number on the back of the card.

You can do it online ( you have to have the rewards card already) or call them. My statement date cycled while I was at Disney, so I called while I was there to have the rest put on my rewards card. HTH!

Yes, I had a

moment last night, and looked on the back of the card (I'm going to plead that I had a very LONG stressful week! LOL) and found the website. I couldn't get on last night, because it was down for maintenance. I tried this morning, and signed up (I guess I never did it online before??), went through step by step, and for some reason, there's a problem and I need to call them. So I called them, and "I'm sorry, but our system is down right now; would you mind calling back in an hour or two?" Sheesh! Do I mind? Yes. Do I have a choice? No, so that's what I'll do.

Looking in my account, I can see transfers of Reward Dollars in the past, but I have a card here that I got in DtD last year that expires 12/06, yet they don't show it as existing. I'm hoping this isn't going to be one of those annoying problems where no one knows what the issue is or how to fix it.

The problem was they were updating their system. Can't they put a note on their site "updating our system"? Oh well...I'm all set, and lessons learned!
