how to get calendar from android

I shattered the screen on my samsung phone. I have a new phone. I have been able to transfer my photos and videos from my old phone to my laptop. But, I can't get my calendar. It was not synced with the google calendar. Is there anyway to get the calendar from my old phone? The touchscreen cannot be seen, but I can unlock it. Any help is appreciated! I don't know what I am supposed to be doing from day to day.

Is your old phone still functional via wifi? If so, try going to GooglePlay to install a calendar app called Sunrise: it can sync as many calendars as you want, and once that is done, you may be able to get to most of your calendar via the same app on your new phone once you sign into your Google account. The tricky part will be getting it to sync properly if you can't see the screen, but if you also put Sunrise on your computer and order it to sync from there, I think it should be able to work as long as the app is installed on the old phone. (I currently sync three calendars, my work calendar on Exchange, my phone's internal calendar, and our family Google calendar; all transferred cleanly from my previous phone.)

If that doesn't work, then it's time to start calling all your doctors, coaches, etc. and asking them to check their calendars to find your appointments. Good luck!

Thanks for the info, NotUrsula. Unfortunately, I can't use my screen at all. I got my pics and videos off my connecting to my computer. It is so frustrating that I know that calendar is there, but I can't get to it. I guess if I miss something important, someone will call.

I will keep this app in mind for the future. Lesson learned here.

Was it a Google calendar? You might be able to set up a 2 way google calendar sync but not sure if you have to do anything on the phone to do that. Have you looked into having the screen fixed--or trying to fix it yourself? Do you have a Samsung account? Is it online there?

Thank you! I tried but it didn't work. I think I need outlook on my phone or something. The problem is the screen is useless. I did have insurance, so I have a new phone. This is a really good program to have though. I'm going to play around with it some more. You can use this program to back-up the whole phone. I appreciate you finding it.
