I should have clarified that the "concierge" side of the front desk at AsMo took care of us. They actually have a concierge desk, where they take care of tickets, dinner reservations and recreation reservations.DonnaL said:You don't need to be Conceirge to have boarding passes done by front desk.
I've done it at WL, BW, and SSR and all have happily helped. I was just courteous and didn't go to the desk when the lines were long and they were extremely busy. Actually, it was rather late in the evening (after 12 midnight)
since it was before SW changed their checkin policy to 24 hours before flight.
All they will need is the confirmation number for your flight and your name to complete the checkin and print boarding passes.

If so and at least one of them is under 4 you go straight to the preboarding line, no matter what letter you have, when you get to your gate and get in line. I know, I experienced this anxiety right up to the trip. Both coming and going, however, the plane had empty seats, so noone had a problem. Don't worry about it.

Also, if your nervous when you get there, I noticed that some people went straight to the gate and put their carryons in line at the letter they were assigned. One woman even sat on the floor in line and read a book.

The policy was changed recently so that you can now do it 24 hrs in advance.pw2pp said:A couple of people said that you can print your boarding passes 24 hours in advance...... but that was not the case (at least last Feb. when we went)..... you had to wait until 12:01 am the day of the flight. I went to the front desk at midnight to ask them to do it.

We have a courtyard room at the WL - not Concierge.
Can the front desk help us out at the WL ?
