I did just email Song directly regarding this but I thought I'd check here too, as you folks are always so prompt & informative. :)

The question:

Am I due a credit when the air fare for my June ressies have gone down $10.. roundtrip. My flight # going down to WDW is listed, but my coming home # is not. When I made the ressies, the nice gentleman I spoke with told me that they issue credits for future flights if the $ goes down ( with no charge), but do I have to do anything or do they just issue it. Also, where my return flight #isn't listed (or time frame for return) am I even entitled to a credit?

If this is to confusing I'm sorry. Thanks for any help on this.

You have to call and ask for it. Delta doesn't give back anything without a request.

The last time I had my airfare come down in price, I called Song and they told me that unless it dropped more than $25 it wasn't worth changing. They charge this fee since they have to actually cancel one flight and then reissue you the new one. Then, instead of a credit, I got an electronic voucher to use on a future fare. Now, that may have all changed since my experience is a year old.

The procedure is still the same as Goofy4tink explained. It's not worth changing anything unless the savings is over $25.
