Yes, I did see that. It was a CM at one of the parks. Sadly, nothing but problems with both resorts we stayed at this time (SSR and BLT). Not enough to complain to the resort managers, just a lot of little problems that took away a lot of the magic.
I believe in pats on the back where deserved!! This guy did not have to do anything, since the problem was entirely my fault and we didn't even ask him to do anything. But after all the little problems we had encountered at our resorts during this stay, we sure needed (and appreciated) a kind gesture.
