How to drop someone off at a park?

Is it possible to drop someone off at one of the parks? My DH and DS11 would like to go to Fantasy of Flight one day, and I'll be taking DS8 and DD6 to MK. Is there a way he can drop us off? We are staying off property.

To drop off at MK, stay to the right as you get to the MK parking toll plaza.

Instead of driving into the parking lot, you'll take roads as if you're driving to the Polynesian. The drop-off is before the TTC. (It used to be after the TTC, but that changed when construction of the DVC addition to the Polynesian began.) To get from the TTC to MK, use the Monorail or ferry, as if you had parked in the MK lot.

For the other parks, use any lane at the parking entrance and mention what you want to do. There will be no charge, even though you're entering the parking lot.

Another option is to have him drop you off at the Contemporary resort. From the CR you can walk to the MK entrance.

Although that's an option, I'm not sure there's really an advantage. Also, it requires going through the Contemporary parking lot guard gate (before dropping off and before picking up). The Contemporary is not really intended for MK drop-off and pick-up. The guard might send you to the official MK drop-off.

The official guest pick-up and drop-off for MK is near the TTC. From there, it's a quick and enjoyable Express Monorail or ferry ride to MK.

True enough, but we've been allowed to do this in the past both with our own rental car and in a taxi. It can save some time if the TTC is crowded.
