How to download DIS podcasts to sirius stiletto 2

Any help would be appreciated. I never owned an mp3 or downloaded music before but would love to have DIS podcasts on my stiletto 2.

If you have a micro SD card, you just download the podcast, put it on the micro SD card and insert the card into the Stiletto.

Do you have the users guide? If not, download it from Crutchfield at no charge. Read the My Sirius Studio Software Application Guide. It goes step by step on how to connect the Stiletto to the computer and add tracks.

I don't own the Stiletto, so I don't have any personal experience doing this.
