How to determine an appropriate resale price

I'm looking at VGF contracts with around 125 points. One is stripped with points coming in 2022. The other has 2019 banked into 2020 and points coming regularly after that. What do you think are fair offers on these contracts?
What are the asking price for both contracts? I ask because this is a pretty good test of what "the market" thinks the value of banked points should be. The loaded contract should be about $23 a point more to make them "equal"value, but I highly doubt there is that much of a difference in asking price. Also that size contract is going to have a little bit of a premium on it, so don't compare it's $/point to say even a 200 point contract.

Actually there is a lot more of a difference than $23. However I think they are both overpriced.

Have you checked with DVC about a direct add-on? I’m not sure incentive or price wise you’re better off but, if you happen to choose a Fall UY, you will get the 2019 points and the 2020. At different times one is a better option for various reasons than the other. Sold out resorts each have their own terms and availability is very limited. The upside is it’s quick and closing is typically cheaper. Also you can use a Disney Visa and get points with 6 months interest free.
