My DD (Eleanor) was born on July 14th, so she's a couple of weeks older than your girls!
We are holding off on MMR until she is probably 2 (and then we'll probably have it administered at the allergist's office) and she didn't get a flu shot since she had a reaction through breastmilk when I had a flu shot (scary!). I've been told by our ped. and allergist that there is minimal egg protein in vaccines, so most people with egg allergies won't even have a reaction.
