How to convert old tickets to digital?

I have a bunch of old paper tickets from 2005(non-expiring). They still have days left on them as well as water park visits. Is there a way we can convert them to digital before a trip so we can book FP+?

You should be able to enter their serial numbers into MDE, and they'll work like any other ticket. Have you tried that? Once you link a ticket, you can make FP+ selections.
