How to contact VMK? need help

My husband played the jungle cruise game and won the tent, but when he went to click on the link, it said reward coupon not available. What does he do now?

Just posted a similar bummed no jungle cruise message heh. I went through "help now" in game, and was told to use the VMK website. On the VMK website, click on the "Contact Us" link on the bottom right hand corner of the page.

I found that the contact us link is very easy to use. Lots of drop down menus and with one labeled "no coupon".
I'm easily excited heh. Anyhow, just waiting for them to respond soon. I'll keep you posted on the process.
