How to Contact Owner's Locker Guys to Cancel?

Does anyone know if John VM is still running Owner's Locker? We joined last December, but DH changed jobs this spring. We moved from the midwest to Oregon this summer, and the former inexpensive Airtran 2 hour nonstop trips to MCO now = costly 8+ hours long connecting flights-type of trip. With two small kids going to WDW is out of the question for a few years. I exchanged emails with John back in the summer to ask about canceling my membership and having them ship my stuff to me (with me paying for shipping). John said this could be done as they've done this a couple of times. After our move I followed up this fall with an email in September wanting to go ahead and proceed with the cancellation and shipping of our stuff. I didn't get a response. I emailed again the first week of December. Again, I didn't get a response. I sent a message via the message box on the owner's locker website about a week ago and still no response. Since so many DISers own one of these lockers, I'm asking if someone knows if John is still running things. If not, who should I contact? TIA!
 
I think they are just busy. I've been trying to reach them with a question about billing, too. Sent a PM and an email and have had no response. I just started a thread at the OL site to ask my question there to everyone in general. Yours won't work so much as a general question though as you are actually trying to do a service change.

Is there someplace at the site to cancel service as there is to order it?
 
I just went back to the site and found a "contact us" form there. In addition to that, the contact numbers are:

Thanks. I used that "contact us" form -- that's the message I last sent about a week ago. Even if busy, I would have expected a reply by now to my email from September (!) or the first week of December. That's why I wondered if John was no longer the right contact. I guess I'll try faxing a note next if no one gives me an alternative email contact. Given my difficulty reaching them to arrange for shipping of my locker and cancel my membership, I am not inclined to try and reach them via phone; I want a written record of our exchange. I couldn't find a cancellation option on my online account; did you see one? I also need to remember which cc card I used as I wonder if they billed me again for this December.
 

I believe someone close to him just passed away, so that may be some explanantion for the delay. He has running thread on here with holiday picture decorations...maybe PM him through here also.

Nope, I couldn't find a place to cancel at the OL site. Your credit card info is there though. You could update your account to eliminate your cc info at a minimum.
