I had the most excellent service yesterday through MS and want to send a quick e-mail to Jackie noting the woman (Gabrielle) who helped me- she was above and beyond 'helpful' (and delightful to boot!)- I think these things should be noted so that the quality people at MS get acknowledged. I know her e-mail is posted somewhere, but search is down - Thanks to anyone who can help me!

Rewarding CM's who have gone above and beyond with praise is always appreciated.

I don't know Jackie's email, but you can certainly send it to:

members@disneyvacationclub.com and it will get to the proper people.

For future reference, if you feel that a CM has added some extra "magic" for you, don't hesitate to ask them if you can speak with their supervisor right at the time. The CM will be quite flattered and are usually quite happy to find someone for you to share the praise. The supervisor will usually ask what they did that was so magical and will also make a note of your report for the CM's file. I've done this on several occasions and found everyone to be most appreciative of the praise. (They get enough complaints that the deserved praise is a welcome change! )

I just sent an email to a DVC CM manager in Member Services with a link to this thread. I'm sure Member Services would like to hear when we members have wonderful service .

As for Jackie ... I would contact Member Services because I heard a reliable "rumor" recently that some duties have changed within DVC .
