How to check for FP+ without messing up current choices

We have 3 FP+ set up for each day we are at the parks. Somehow our first day FP+ choices disappeared and I didn't notice until yesterday. We arrive in less than two weeks and of course that was the only day we had made a 7 Dwarf for. I don't know if ot's possible to still get one if we keep checking, but what I really need is a walk-through on how to check without loosing what we had to settle for. Also, if we did find one, which option do I choose so I don't lose my other 2 Fastpasses? Thanks.

Try checking on the main wdw website. The App isn't particularly accurate in displaying fastpasses. Click on "my Disney experience" from the website.
