How to cancel reservation online?

there has been no $$$ applied to the reservation...should I just let it expire, call a cm (which is crazy hard to do now) or can it be done online by some super-secret magical way that I don't see?

Also, I need to modify a name on a different rez but don't see any toggle for that either.

Can't be done online as far as I'm aware but will expire in 24 hours so I'd just leave it.

With the name however I think you have to phone in which case probably could mention the other one as well while on there.
 
yeah.....i thought it would drop out but its well over 24 hrs.....i will call when i can get through. thanks for the advice

I think the initial hold lasts up to 3 days before the reservation will drop due to non-payment.

I was trying to delete a hold yesterday and couldn't do it online and no way to get through phone lines.
I feel bad to keep the hold on the room, incase someone else wants it, it doesn't expire till tomorrow at midnight, I made it early Wednesday morning, so its a 3 day hold.
 
To cancel a reservation, you must do so by phone call or in writing (email counts). You can't cancel online. If you've not made the deposit, a hold will drop off (be cancelled) on day 4.
